After a market analysis, the group invested in the dairy sector, identifying critical issues in manual processes and contamination risks.
MEVO is born, an automatic burrata-making machine that replicates the work of a cheesemaker, from filling to sealing the top.
Launched in 2019, it has seen approximately 200 installations in Italy and abroad. Marotta Evolution now offers turnkey solutions for the national and international markets.
