As is custom, the Marotta Evolution Group participated for the fourth consecutive time in the supply and sub-supply dedicated event MECSPE 2022 by presenting its innovations in the dairy-cheese sector, specifically in the production of burrata cheese but also others.
During the trade show it presented the mobile, compact and versatile trolley-mounted C.I.P. system that automatically performs the washing and sanitising of systems in the “MEVO” series or semi-automatically in similar systems.
