From 18 to 20 October 2024, Marotta Evolution participated as an exhibitor at the SIC Dairy and Canning Industry Show in Caserta.
Marotta Evolution’s participation in the trade fair was not only a huge success, the company distinguished itself for its innovation and cutting-edge technology, but also aroused great interest in its partnership with three industrial automation companies, Karr Italiana, AMC, and Almac, which together created MAXIMA, a group, a union, christened on the first day of the SIC.

The MAXIMA Award, a prize for industrial innovation and excellence in the automation sector, was held on Friday, October 18, 2024. The Marotta Evolution stand hosted this event, which was attended by Massimo Coda, President of the Italian Industrial Association (SIC), Michele Erra, organizer of the trade fair, Adolfo Bottazzo, Vice President of Confindustria Caserta, and Andrea Volpe, Regional Councilor of the Campania Region. Also in attendance was Alberto Savina, representative of Cibus Tec of Fiere di Parma, who emphasized the importance of the innovation brought by MAXIMA to the dairy industry. The four entrepreneurs whose talent brought MAXIMA to life were recognized: Carmine Marotta for Marotta Evolution, Fabio Marano for AMC, Ettore Oldrini for Karr Italiana, and Paride Lotti for Almac. An award was also given to Massimo Coda, President of the Italian Industrial Association (SIC).
In the large Marotta Evolution exhibition space at the SIC in Caserta, the new amazing machine, MAXIMA, was put into action, capable of carrying out the entire burrata creation process, from milk to packaging.
During the three-day event, Marotta Evolution shone as only large, innovative companies can, thanks to meetings, partnerships with old and new customers, tastings, and production demonstrations.
