The Marotta Evolution Group participated for the first time in the Anuga Food Tech trade show held in Cologne (Germany), obtaining extremely positive feedback from the international market relating to the production of burrata cheese, giving the Group the opportunity to expand its customer base.
During the event, the Marotta Evolution Group came up with various solutions, starting with the difficulties that customers at the trade show had experienced, and had the opportunity to export its know-how to different counties in Europe and around the world.
